Isn't All Mulch Organic?

Bark mulch can vary in color depending on the type of tree bark used. However, many companies will use inorganic dye to alter the color of their mulch. As the mulch breaks down, these chemicals will be absorbed by the surrounding plants and soil. Therefore, all our mulch is high-quality.

How Much Do I Need?

Generally a 2" layer of mulch will prevent weeds from growing. Up to a 4" layer can be used to further prevent weeds in beds without any plants or trees.
